We’re a small but expanding company where every person plays a key role.About the RoleAs the Marketing Officer, you’ll work with the Marketing Manager and eLearning Team to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement through multi-channel campaigns. You’ll own lead generation efforts and partner with the eLearning sales team to convert high-quality leads into sales opportunities. This is a proactive, collaborative role contributing to the company’s growth in the eLearning sector.ResponsibilitiesDrive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagementLead generation ownership and collaboration with eLearning salesDevelop and manage multi-channel marketing campaignsAlign marketing outreach with sales strategies to convert leadsQualifications & Essential CriteriaThird-level qualification in marketing or related field, or CIMExperience with Microsoft Office, email marketing software, CRM (e.g., HubSpot), and CMS (Craft or WordPress)Understanding of online marketing concepts and platforms; strong on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram3+ years in a B2C marketing role or 2+ years in a B2B marketing roleStrong content creation, email marketing, social media management, and copywriting skillsExperience using a CMS to maintain and optimise websites; ability to follow brand guidelinesCollaborative cross-department experience and marketing analyticsDesirable CriteriaSEO knowledge for webpage optimizationExperience with sales teams to generate leads and marketing materials (testimonials, case studies)PPC campaign experienceFull, clean driving licence or alternative transport accessCircumstancesWillingness to attend events across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland (3–5 annually); overnight stays may be requiredTo ApplyPlease send your CV with a cover letter explaining how your skills fit the job description by 12 noon on Monday 27 October to Donna@legal-island.com.
