Working closely with the merchandising, product development, customer services and e-commerce teams, the successful applicant will be responsible for the execution of the Marketing Plan across our consumer channels.The position is primarily based at our Head Office in the South Leicestershire countryside between Market Harborough and Lutterworth.What You’ll DoExecute the Ridgeline Annual Marketing Plan across our Consumer Channels.Develop and execute a comprehensive organic social media schedule.Liaise with our team of ambassadors and influencers to align their activity with our Marketing Plan.Manage all customer service aspects of the social media schedule.Work with the product development team and our in-house graphic designer to develop product packaging and swing tickets.Collaborate with the E-commerce Manager to ensure the site is merchandised in line with the marketing plan.Who You AreOf graduate calibre with 1-3 years’ professional marketing experience.Experience of managing organic social activity.Previous experience of customising and maintaining e-commerce platforms.Basic image editing skills working in Photoshop.What We OfferA competitive salary and annual leave allowance.Inclusion in our companywide, sales-based bonus scheme.A generous discount scheme for Ridgeline purchases. #J-18808-Ljbffr
