Quantuma is recruiting a Marketing Executive (Business Sales) to join our marketing team in the Manchester area. This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days per week based in either our Manchester or Bolton office.

Role Overview

As a Marketing Executive, you will support the Marketing Manager in delivering campaigns across multiple channels, drive lead generation for the Business Sales Division, and create engaging content to accelerate organic growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the Marketing Manager in delivering marketing campaigns across email, direct mail, social media and digital marketing.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, track ROI, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with the internal marketing team to produce engaging campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Work with the sales and business development teams to align marketing with sales objectives and support lead conversion and pipeline growth.
  • Produce high-quality content such as blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and social media posts.
  • Ensure alignment between marketing efforts and lead conversion goals, and determine supporting materials required by the sales team.

Required Skills/Qualities

  • Ideally 3+ years’ experience in a B2B Marketing role delivering campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills for B2B audiences.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and systems.
  • Experience with a data-driven approach and measurement.
  • Experience with email automation tools and CRM platforms.
