Our mission is to connect entrepreneurs, decision-makers, and innovative brands through high-impact events in the UK and internationally. We are currently expanding into the US market and are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our Bristol-based team, working USA hours to effectively engage with our North American audience and partners. Role Overview This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and creative Marketing Executive to join our in-house marketing team. You will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels to support event promotion and audience growth. A key part of the role will involve outreach to keynote speakers, sponsors, and strategic partners, requiring excellent communication skills and a confident, proactive approach. This role includes a base salary of £28,000 per year, plus a commission structure, offering additional earning potential based on performance. Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and implement digital and offline marketing campaigns for trade shows and B2B platforms Develop relationships with keynote speakers, sponsors, and partners to secure involvement in upcoming events Write and edit marketing content for emails, websites, social media, and printed materials Coordinate email marketing campaigns and CRM communications Manage and monitor social media channels with a focus on engagement and growth Track and analyse campaign performance and provide reports to guide future activity Support the wider events and marketing team in driving registrations and brand awareness
Requirements
1–2 years’ experience in a marketing role Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in engaging with senior professionals Proactive and well-organised, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines Familiarity with marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Canva, and Google Analytics is beneficial Comfortable working on-site in Bristol and aligning your schedule with US time zones
