We’re excited to be hiring for a Marketing Executive on behalf of one of the UK’s most exciting fintech startups.

This mobile-first scaleup has been transforming how people spend abroad since 2020. Now, they’re scaling and this role is central to that growth.

If you’ve got around 2 years of marketing experience across social and CRM, and want to actually own stuff, not just support, this is for you.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of day-to-day social channels, email marketing, and customer comms. It’s a hands-on role with tons of opportunity to test new ideas and grow engagement across multiple brands.

Social – Manage and grow LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X. Keep things engaging, on-brand, and smart.

CRM & Lifecycle Marketing – Deliver relevant, personalised emails and newsletters that drive engagement and retention.

Data & Testing – Use tools like Braze and HubSpot to refine performance, run experiments, and apply insights.

Customer Comms – Spot easy wins, tie together CRM and social, and bring consistency to customer interactions.

Creative Input – Come up with ideas for content that actually connects.

About You

2+ years in marketing, CRM, or social, ideally in an app-based business

You’re curious, proactive, and don’t wait to be told what to do

Great copywriting skills and strong attention to detail

CRM tools like Braze/HubSpot are a bonus but not a must

You’re organised, ready to grow, and up for a challenge
