Part Time: 2-3 days a week. Hybrid role – Bristol Office/Home Working. Reporting to: Head of Commercial.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute digital marketing communications and campaigns to increase online presence and website traffic.Manage external communications using the marketing CRM and multiple marketing platforms; establish measurable KPIs.Collaborate with product, sales and customer service teams to create a unified marketing communications strategy.Plan and manage digital campaigns with data-driven analysis and recommendations.Contribute to the Go To Market strategy and coordinate marketing activity to meet timelines.Oversee websites and social media channels; optimise for organic traffic, bounce rate and conversion.Manage marketing tools and lead databases; provide sales support and marketing assets.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.Create and curate social media content, publish, and engage with communities.Develop and run email marketing campaigns with A/B testing; analyse performance metrics and prepare reports for stakeholders.Qualifications & Requirements2-3 years of B2B digital marketing experience.Proficient in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, SugarCRM, Act-On) and digital channels (SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, email, social).A team player with strong communication skills and attention to detail.Willingness to develop across a broad marketing role across activities.Knowledge of the travel industry is advantageous; experience with Act-On, SugarCRM and WordPress Elementor is a plus.BenefitsIndustry-competitive salary; 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (England & Wales), increasing with long service.Perkbox benefits (GP access, weekly treats, discounts).Cyclescheme (Salary Sacrifice); reimbursed eye tests and flu vaccinations.Gym/fitness subsidy; hybrid working options; regular social events.Job DetailsSeniority level: AssociateEmployment type: Part-timeJob function: MarketingIndustries: IT Services and IT ConsultingNote: All successful candidates will be subject to satisfactory references and pre-employment screening checks (identity check and Right to Work documents). #J-18808-Ljbffr
