Description
Your stage? Two of London’s most exciting destinations: KERB Social Club – our brand-new competitive socialising concept and sports bar at Old Spitalfields Market – and our flagship food hall, Seven Dials Market, in the heart of Covent Garden. From buzzing launch parties to inventive collaborations and crowd-pulling events, you’ll help shape the energy and culture of these spaces, making them unmissable for Londoners and visitors alike.
What you'll be doing
- Own and execute day-to-day marketing for KERB Social Club and Seven Dials Market, with support from specialist agencies and the wider Marketing team
- Brief compelling content for social channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) - from copy and video briefs to on-site filming - for our agency partners to deliver.
- Manage our partner agencies across digital marketing and more, ensuring a bold, consistent tone of voice and strong ROI.
- Deliver paid and organic campaigns that drive measurable results (ticket sales, bookings, brand awareness).
- Work with the central marketing team on email marketing, website updates, and design briefs.
- Track performance across platforms, reporting on engagement, reach, and ROI and report on this monthly to the senior team.
- Plan and deliver a calendar of regular anchor events across KERB Social Club and Seven Dials Market (quizzes, watch parties, live music, community nights) to build a loyal audience.
- Support seasonal programming and large-scale activations at Seven Dials Market (e.g. Halloween, Christmas, NYE).
- Bring new concepts to life, from idea through to delivery, working closely with site teams and external partners.
- Support the site teams to liaise with traders, performers, and suppliers to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Analyse performance of events (attendance, revenue, repeat visits) and optimise programming accordingly.
- Stay ahead of cultural and hospitality trends to keep programming fresh and relevant.
- Support the Marketing Director and wider team in securing new brand partnerships and maximising existing ones.
- Activate partner campaigns on-site, ensuring brands get exposure while maintaining KERB’s creative edge.
- Manage deliverables for partners - from branded content and signage to digital campaigns and experiential activations.
- Build relationships with artists, creators, and community groups to widen KERB’s network.
- Work closely with the wider marketing, events, and site teams to align strategy and execution.
- Manage budgets for marketing campaigns and events programming, ensuring strong ROI.
- Represent KERB at events and industry gatherings, acting as a brand ambassador.
- Champion customer experience, ensuring all marketing and programming deepens guest connection with KERB’s brand.
What you'll bring to KERB
- 3+ years’ experience in marketing, events, or partnerships – ideally within hospitality or entertainment
- A strong grasp of social media, digital marketing, and content creation
- Proven track record in programming and delivering stand-out events or campaigns
- Confidence working with partners, agencies, and multiple stakeholders to make things happen
