Barchester's exceptional marketing team has a rare opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join us in Central London.

As a Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in empowering our care homes to enhance their local presence and boost occupancy through strategic promotion of events, marketing initiatives, and collateral. You will create clear, impactful templates and guidance to support community engagement and networking efforts, while leveraging your digital expertise to manage and evolve our web-to-print systems, ensuring each home can confidently self-serve their internal and external marketing communications. Additionally, you will support the delivery of offline marketing campaigns, with high attention to detail in proofreading artwork, managing print production, and media buying.

You will also lead the delivery of our internal employee recognition event, the Barchester Care Awards, overseeing all stages of the competition, including an in-person awards ceremony and live streaming into our homes and hospitals.

Requirements:

• Administration and marketing experience
• Experience with web content management
• Experience organizing large-scale events
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively to meet deadlines
• Experience with print production and media buying
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver the Barchester Care Awards, coordinating each phase across stakeholders, on time and within budget, to maximize engagement and reputation
• Develop and improve the web-to-print system for easy access to templates with clear functionality
• Create and communicate new products and services, increasing the range of offerings
• Manage artwork requests from our homes, including briefing, workflow management, and uploading templates, with excellent communication
• Proofread all artwork and coordinate print production
• Hold monthly webinars to showcase upcoming events and tools
• Develop corporate and home-specific collateral, maintaining stock levels
• Manage internal signage and requests
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports
• Manage intranet content
• Collaborate with Salesforce Marketing Cloud on template development across systems
