    Job Description

  • Assist in planning, organising, and delivering international events and conferences.
  • Coordinate logistics and liaise with external suppliers to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Support the development and distribution of marketing materials, both digital and print.
  • Manage social media accounts and contribute to the organisation's online presence.
  • Maintain databases and mailing lists to support event and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all materials.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing and events department as needed.
  • Assist in post-event analysis and reporting to improve future initiatives.

    A successful Marketing & Events Assistant should have:

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects.
