About the Team

Springer Health+ is a full-service agency and leading publisher of medical educational products for the healthcare community, part of Springer Nature, a global scientific and medical publisher.

We provide strategic medical communications, high-level clinical and scientific content, training programs, and medical education initiatives across therapeutic areas.

Purpose of Role

The Marketing Engagement Executive will coordinate digital marketing activities and audience engagement across multiple business lines to meet client project and business goals.

This role involves overseeing campaigns, managing engagement success metrics, audience recruitment, and performance reporting, while managing budgets. The post holder will develop and harness audience engagement channels to reach healthcare audiences effectively.

Additionally, the role will contribute to marketing strategies for the medical education business units.

Main Duties:

  1. Deliver targeted audiences through engagement campaigns for client projects and Springer Health+ content.
  2. Research new and existing channels to reach healthcare professionals and pharmaceutical audiences.
  3. Create engagement and communication plans aligned with project goals.
  4. Advise stakeholders on campaign performance and optimization based on benchmarks and experience.
  5. Support best practices for campaign success.
  6. Assist in marketing plans for Springer Health+ products and brands.
  7. Coordinate with Marketing and Operations teams for invoicing and budget management.
