Overview

We are supporting a fast-growing international QSR group in the search for a Marketing Director to lead their expanding marketing function in Dubai.

The business has built a strong in-house team of around ten specialists across social media, content, design and paid media. The CEO is a marketeer by background and has driven much of the brand vision to date. The next step is bringing in a senior leader who can take ownership of strategy, structure and delivery, while providing the confidence for the founder to step back from the day-to-day.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire an in-house marketing team of 10 across multiple disciplines.
• Develop and implement a 12–18 month marketing strategy with both regional and international scope.
• Build structure, processes and guidelines to ensure consistent delivery across all campaigns.
• Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to align marketing activity with overall business objectives.
• Support franchise partners, providing brand guidelines, assets and ongoing strategic direction.

Candidate Profile

• Currently operating as a Head of Marketing or Senior Marketing Manager seeking progression to Director level, or an early-career Marketing Director looking for a new challenge.
• Strong team leadership experience, with proven ability to get the best out of a diverse team.
• Commercially focused, with the ability to balance creative vision and measurable results.
• Experience within hospitality, F&B, retail or franchise environments would be an advantage.
• Strategic thinker, able to plan 12–18 months ahead and deliver to deadlines.
