Role Overview

They are looking for a Marketing Development Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives, identify growth opportunities, and help them expand into new sectors and services. This is a key role at the intersection of marketing, product strategy, and business development — ideal for a results-driven professional with a technical mindset and a strategic outlook.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse market trends and identify opportunities for growth across sectors and client segments.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to introduce new services and products.
  • Evaluate financial aspects of marketing plans, including budgets, ROI, and expenditure.
  • Manage the development of sales and marketing collateral, including online materials and media kits.
  • Work with external agencies, partners, and influencers to build brand awareness and engagement.
  • Oversee digital marketing performance, including SEO, content, and analytics.
  • Use innovative tools and research techniques to inform strategic marketing decisions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and outsourced contractors to ensure marketing alignment.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitor activity and market positioning.
  • Requirements:

  • Prior experience in administrative, strategic, or coordination roles with exposure to planning, team leadership, and reporting.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Tech-savvy and able to leverage digital tools for research, analysis, and performance tracking.
  • Experience in or understanding of finance, education, or technology sectors is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and innovation mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal English.
