Marketing Data & Segmentation Manager, Londonderry, Northern Ireland (Ref: E25-158) About the role Tungsten Automation is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Data & Segmentation Manager to join our marketing team. This role will be responsible for owning database health, driving accurate segmentation, ensuring compliance with global data regulations, and enabling data-driven campaign execution and insights across Eloqua and Salesforce. This role is critical in ensuring our marketing efforts are efficient, targeted, and effective. Key Responsibilities Monitor and maintain the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of marketing databases. Regularly perform data cleansing, deduplication, and enrichment activities. Develop and implement procedures for data quality assurance. Analyze current data management processes and identify areas for improvement. Implement best practices for data collection, storage, and retrieval. Collaborate with IT and other departments to streamline data workflows. Design and maintain Eloqua segmentation frameworks for persona-based, tiered, and GDPR-compliant campaign targeting Work closely with the marketing team to tailor campaigns to specific segments. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant laws. Implement and maintain data security measures to protect sensitive information. Generate regular reports on database health, campaign performance, and segmentation effectiveness. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform marketing strategies. Support ad-hoc data requests and projects as needed. Required Qualifications and Experience Bachelors degree (or higher) in Business, Data Science, Marketing or related field. Minimum 3 years experience, in database management, data analysis, and campaign segmentation, preferably in B2B. Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI; ability to build and interpret dashboards tracking campaign engagement, lead funnel velocity, and database health. Required Knowledge and Skills Strong understanding of data protection regulations and compliance requirements. Excellent English (both written and oral) Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Oracle Eloqua, Traction Complete, 6sense, and D&B Strong Excel skills; ability to manipulate, cleanse, and validate data at scale. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and project management tools like Asana.
