Reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, the role works across the wider marketing team, supporting key internal stakeholders to ensure digital channels and campaigns are effectively tracked, analysed, and continuously improved.ResponsibilitiesSupport regular and ad-hoc performance reporting across digital channels (e.g. website, email, PPC, social, CRM).Maintain and streamline dashboards to track campaign metrics and make data accessible for key stakeholders.Ensure that data reports provide insights on key metrics and actionable recommendations where applicable.Optimise reporting across platforms including HubSpot, GA4, Looker Studio, Microsoft Clarity, and SEMrush.Ensure data quality, campaign tagging, and reporting consistency across platforms.Assist with SEO performance monitoring and benchmarking.Support the Team with BAU tasks, including website updates as and when required.What will help you succeed in this role?EssentialStrong analytical and digital reporting skills, including experience using Looker Studio, GA4 and HubSpot.Understanding of SEO, CRO and website performance best practices.Confident in interpreting data to influence digital marketing decisions.Organised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing multiple reporting needs.Comfortable collaborating across teams and communicating data clearly.What we offer?We are committed to ensuring that each member of our team feels valued and duly rewarded during their time at DWF.We are an equal opportunities employer that celebrates diversity and we are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all.
