We\'re at the cutting edge of demand generation technology with plenty of exciting opportunities to unlock value from data as well as helping speed up the transition to electric vehicles.About The RoleWe are seeking a strategic and analytical Marketing Data Analyst to join our team. This position sits at the intersection of product development, customer success, and business intelligence. You will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights for our clients, drive product improvements, enhance customer value, and support business growth. This role requires both technical expertise in data analysis and the ability to translate complex findings into strategic recommendations. It is a unique role that will offer freedom to determine our roadmap and approach to data, whilst working closely with collaborative teams internally and externally to create insights & strategies from data gold mines.Key ResponsibilitiesLead data architecture improvements to enhance accessibility and usability across teamsCollaborate with engineering and product teams to develop the roadmapLead data reporting & insights for our customer success team in their regular meetings with customersLeverage machine learning and AI to provide tools & insights for customer growthUse data to enhance audience targeting strategiesBe a part of an attribution team building and refining modelsSupport media planning of our agency partnersSupport Customer Services & New Business with data projectsRequirementsBachelor\'s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in marketing, digital advertising, or SaaS environmentsProficiency in SQL and experience with BigQuery or similar cloud data warehousesStrong experience with data visualisation tools and dashboard creationDemonstrated ability to build predictive models and conduct statistical analysisUnderstanding of marketing metrics, attribution modeling, and customer journey analyticsFamiliarity or experience in advanced techniques such as machine learning, MMM and propensity modellingKey CompetenciesAnalytical Excellence: Ability to conduct complex analyses and derive meaningful insights from large datasetsTechnical Proficiency: Strong command of data tools and ability to work with engineering teamsBusiness Acumen: Understanding of how data insights drive business value and growthCommunication Skills: Ability to present complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiencesInnovation Mindset: Proactive in identifying new opportunities for data-driven solutionsCollaboration: Effective at working across teams including product, engineering, customer success, and salesTraining & Enablement: Passion for democratising data and upskilling team membersWhat We OfferThis role provides an opportunity to shape our data strategy and directly impact product development and customer success.
