WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO

• Design and creative assets – Curate and create on-brand graphics and visuals across email, web, social, video and campaigns. From quick-turnaround assets to polished campaign toolkits, keeping Claude & Co’s style front and centre.
• Content creation – Shooting and editing short-form videos and stills for socials and website; bring ideas to life with edits that feel fresh and scroll-stopping.
• Campaigns and launches – Help bring new products and seasonal campaigns to life, from early brainstorms through design execution across channels.
• Photoshoots – Support planning and coordination, moodboards, prop sourcing, on-set help, and post-shoot content editing and organisation.
• Email marketing – Assist with design, build, and scheduling of campaigns in Klaviyo, ensuring they catch eyes and deliver results.
• Content planning – Coordinate content calendar to align with product drops and campaigns.
• Community engagement – Monitor and engage in DMs and comments, maintaining brand tone and values.
• E-commerce support – Help keep our Shopify store updated: upload/merchandise products, write/edit product descriptions with SEO in mind, ensure imagery/presentation consistency, and support simple collections/content updates.

WHO WE THINK YOU ARE

• You have 1+ years’ experience in a creative marketing (agency or in-house) or relevant industry experience.
• You have a strong eye for design and enjoy creating polished, distinctive, on-brand content that can push to new heights.
• You’re confident with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and comfortable editing video in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar. Canva is useful, but you’re excited to go further.
• You’re curious, proactive, and hands-on from admin tasks to website banner video creation.
• You’re organized and reliable, able to juggle design projects with day-to-day tasks.
• You’re happy supporting e-commerce and ideally familiar with Shopify (open to learning).
• You’re excited about being part of a small, collaborative team where your creativity makes an impact.
