About the role

A exciting opportunity has become available for Marketing Coordinator o join our Marketing team here in Caterham. You will offer support to the Marketing Department and liaise with both internal departments and contractors onsite. Organise and implement generic and specific branding of all developments within the Croudace Homes Group. Create and maintain the Croudace brand, ensuring the online presence is aligned to this and generate material and branding concepts as required.

Some of the key responsibilities:

• Coordinate the delivery of all marketing deliverables in line with the sales & marketing strategy as required.
• Lead on coordinating the digital agency in terms of gathering Search & Social data, recommendations and achieving the lowest cost per lead where possible and report to the Marketing Manager
• Ensure all marketing touchpoints are consistent and in line with the Croudace brand.
• Populate the Croudace Homes website and portal listings, such as Rightmove and Zoopla.
• Gather valuable insight from competitor activity, industry and non-industry research, customer insight and digital best practices to identify and recommend where a competitive edge can be maintained.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing/Graphic Design or equivalent professional qualification such as CIM.
• Understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and traditional marketing channels.
• Relevant experience in a marketing role with experience of recommending marketing proposals, preferably within the housing sector.
• Strong communication skills (in all formats) and copywriting skills
• Good IT skills: Microsoft Word; Excel; Power Point, etc. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite would be an advantage.
• Full driving licence (clean preferred)
• Some knowledge of the construction, house building or property sectors would be an advantage
