OverviewA growing business is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join its dynamic team. This multifaceted role puts you at the heart of client relationships, project excellence, and creative content delivery. You’ll be the strategic bridge between our creative teams and key client accounts, orchestrating campaigns whilst crafting content that drives engagement. You’ll own your portfolio of projects while building lasting relationships and creating content that resonates with target audiences. Based within our Marketing team, you’ll work across all our specialist disciplines: from design and video to web and strategic marketing. This is an office-based role for integrated collaboration with the team; remote working candidates wont be considered. A 4-day week is offered upon successful completion of probation.ResponsibilitiesEstablishing project deadlines and creating task frameworks that maximise team efficiencyBuilding structured project ecosystems using Dropbox and other project management tools to keep teams alignedTransforming client visions into actionable team briefsKeeping clients informed and engaged throughout their project journeyCollecting, clarifying and actioning client feedback with precisionReviewing all creative assets against brief requirements and quality standardsCapturing comprehensive client requirements and project criteriaDeveloping a deep understanding of client businesses, their challenges and opportunitiesPreparing detailed estimates and securing approvals with purchase ordersMaintaining regular touchpoints across all assigned accounts and their projectsCreating engaging social media plans and captions tailored to each platform’s unique voice and audience behaviourWriting video scripts that capture attention and maintain viewer engagementCreating blog posts that rank well whilst providing genuine value to target audiencesCreating overarching messaging frameworks that work across multiple content formatsQualificationsProven ability to write engaging social media posts, video scripts, blog content, etc.Experience adapting tone and style for different platforms and audiencesProven project coordination or management experienceExcellence in client communication and relationship buildingExperience with project management tools and file organisation systemsUnderstanding of platform-specific content requirements and best practicesThe ability to create compelling video scripts that engage and convertUnderstanding of content optimisation for search and social algorithmsAbility to adapt writing styles to match different client brand personalitiesApplication and Privacyfor this role as Marketing Coordinator, please click apply online and upload an updated copy of your CV.
