We are recruiting a Group Marketing Coordinator on a fixed term 15‑month contract to join our growing sales and marketing team.The RoleThe Marketing Coordinator reports to the Regional Marketing Manager and is responsible for delivering marketing processes and projects undertaken by the divisions, analysing sales requirements to inform strategic marketing strategies, and optimising brand exposure.Principal AccountabilitiesOwn development marketing from land acquisition to final sale, liaising with internal stakeholders to identify site‑specific marketing opportunities.Liaise with internal Sales and Marketing key stakeholders to identify site specific marketing opportunities.Review marketing requirements against sales targets and objectives set by divisional sales teams, proactively suggest and implement strategic marketing strategies.Track all advertising campaigns and prepare performance analysis reports, suggesting improvements and future campaigns.Maintain, expand and utilise our existing database of clients ensuring GDPR compliance.Ensure content and assets published across leading property portals, including Rightmove and Zoopla, are kept up to date by working collaboratively with divisional sales teams and other members of the Marketing Team.Hold a firm understanding of online advertising and use this to review effectiveness of campaigns.Proof read and liaise with other departments to ensure accuracy of all published material.Lead the full marketing of all new developments and properties on our website, inclusive of part exchange stock.Undertake an ongoing review of development content on the Bellway website by liaising with appropriate members of the divisional sales team to add value to the divisional web pages.Obtain and utilise new imagery and “add‑ons” such as virtual tours.Develop the divisional requirement for direct and e‑mail advertising campaigns and use existing databases to segment and target campaigns appropriately.Work with partner organisations to improve our brand and product awareness.Liaise with PR agencies to facilitate coverage including site events and proofing press releases.Keep abreast of new advertising opportunities and industry changes.Attend agency meetings on a 4‑6 week basis and visit allocated divisions when required, including some travel across the country.Carry out marketing administration to meet departmental needs.Experience, Qualifications and SkillsExperience – Marketing role experience, experience of working with data and analytics to inform marketing campaigns, experience of working within the construction or property sector is desirable.Qualifications and Training – GCSE Maths and English – Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent), higher education qualification (A‑Level or equivalent), full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.Skills and Aptitude – Excellent communication skills, keen interest in data and analytics, appreciation of both online and offline marketing channels, ability to build relationships, manage multiple projects under pressure, initiative, enthusiastic positive motivated flexible approach, excellent attention to detail, self‑motivated, good teamwork, proficient in Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, willingness to be trained on internal IT systems, willingness to travel across the country, committed to diversity and inclusion.Working ConditionsMonday to Friday: 35 hours per week.Office based role, with regular travel to Divisional offices and development sites as and when required.Willing to be flexible in respect to day to day duties and hours worked.In return we can offer you:Competitive annual bonus.Contributory pension scheme.Access to discounts and benefits portal.ShareSave Scheme.Cycle to Work Scheme.Life assurance.Holiday Purchase Scheme.Earn and Learn Opportunities.EEO StatementWe reserve the right to close this vacancy if a large volume of applications are received. #J-18808-Ljbffr
