Marketing Coordinator – Media & Entertainment

Overview

Within the London-based EMEA Advertising team, you’ll play a key role in providing admin support to the team. From experiential events and screenings, to client gifting and digital newsletters, this role is all about organisation coordination, creativity, and precision. You’ll report to a Senior Manager and work closely with sales, partnerships, and creative colleagues to ensure projects run smoothly and brand integrity is safeguarded at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Support delivery of high-impact B2B initiatives including events, screenings, activations, and gifting.
  • Act as the approvals lead for concepts, liaising with relevant internal teams.
  • Maintain marketing and events materials as a central point of excellence.
  • Support sales & partnerships with pitch materials and NDAs.
  • Manage budgets including raising POs and processing invoices.
  • Coordinate monthly newsletters for internal and external audiences.
  • Maintain external-facing content such as case studies and advertising collateral.
  • Document all publicly released content for ongoing marketing use.
  • Ensure all activity protects and elevates brand integrity.

Qualifications

  • 6 months + Work experience/internship in a large organisation
  • Interest/experience in marketing and the media
  • Exceptionally organised with sharp attention to detail.
  • Confident juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative and solutions-focused, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communicator, able to work across teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Experience in events or marketing campaign delivery is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with media, advertising, or entertainment industries is a plus.
