Job Title: Coordinator, Awards & Talent Relations

Location: London (Hybrid)

Length: 14 Aug 2025 – 19 Dec 2026

Rate: £200 - £250 per day

Hours: 9am–6pm


Overview:

Seeking a highly organized Coordinator to support awards and talent relations efforts during peak film awards season. This hybrid role includes both administrative and logistical support across UK awards campaigning, screenings, and creative marketing.

Key Responsibilities:


Campaign Support:

  • Raise POs, update budgets, and schedule meetings
  • Manage screening logistics: book venues, handle DCPs, coordinate invites and guest lists
  • Provide staffing at events (virtual and in-person)
  • Prepare post-event reports and track press coverage
  • Maintain key campaign documents and calendars


Marketing Coordination:

  • Handle artwork delivery, printing, and couriers for screening materials
  • Liaise with creative agencies on timelines, feedback, and approvals
  • Update internal marketing documents (creative decks, media plans)
  • Ensure timely delivery of campaign assets


Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • 3+ years’ experience in entertainment/publicity/marketing/events
  • Strong multitasking, communication, and project management skills
  • Attention to detail and a proactive, fast-learning mindset
  • Interest in the film and awards space
