Marketing Delivery

  • Support the delivery of agreed FINEX marketing plans and initiatives, ensuring activity is delivered on time, on budget, and to brand standards.
  • Coordinate with regional and global marketing colleagues and Centres of Excellence (Communications, Design, PR, Digital, Research/Analytics) to execute campaigns and programmes.
  • Support the delivery of digital and in-person client events, working with CoE event teams and local business stakeholders to ensure brand alignment and promotion through internal and external channels (including social media).
  • Build and manage targeted mailing lists in line with GDPR requirements, working with Line of Business administrators and sales teams to keep contact data accurate.
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign effectiveness using digital analytics, providing insight to improve future activity.
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives are integrated with business development priorities and linked to CRM activity.
  • Provide responsive, solutions-focused support to stakeholders throughout project execution.

Relationships

  • Build strong working relationships within the marketing team to share best practices and ensure a consistent approach to marketing activity globally.
  • Work closely with FINEX leaders, brokers, and sales teams to align marketing activity with commercial priorities.
  • Collaborate effectively across geographies, understanding the nuances of local markets while maintaining a unified global approach.

Business Awareness

  • Develop a strong understanding of FINEX products and solutions, including how they address client challenges across different industries and regions.
  • Stay aware of competitor activity, market issues, and emerging risks to help shape relevant, timely marketing activity.

  • Support colleagues and share workload as needed to meet team goals.
  • Maintain knowledge of WTW’s full offering and cross-referral opportunities.
  • Operate within WTW’s policies, procedures, and core values

Qualifications

  • Experience in professional services, financial services, or another B2B environment (insurance or consultancy preferred).
  • Relevant marketing experience, ideally in a global or multi-market context.
  • Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident user of digital marketing tools and quick to learn new systems and processes.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Clear and confident communicator (written and verbal).
  • Able to work independently and take initiative, while knowing when to seek guidance.
  • A collaborative team player who builds trust and rapport across all levels.
  • Comfortable working across cultures and time zones
