The Role We are recruiting for a Marketing Coordinator to support the growth of our business and elevate Adeo’s market presence. This role will lead both inbound and outbound marketing activity, working closely with the Operations Director and BD team to deliver our 2025–2027 marketing strategy. You’ll take ownership of content creation, campaign delivery, brand consistency and lead generation activity, helping position Adeo as a trusted expert within the civil infrastructure space. This role can be full-time (1–2 years’ experience) or part-time / school hours (4–5 years’ experience) depending on the candidate. Hybrid working is available, with flexibility to balance output with personal commitments. Responsibilities
Implement and manage the marketing plan alongside the BD team Own inbound campaigns (blogs, SEO, email, newsletters, content offers) Develop outbound strategies (LinkedIn, direct mail, paid media, PR) Create and manage content calendars, case studies, white papers and thought leadership pieces Manage Adeo’s LinkedIn presence (2–3 posts per week) Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints (brochures, presentations, digital assets) Co-manage HubSpot CRM and develop automation workflows Oversee website updates, SEO improvements and campaign reporting Support business development with sales enablement content and outreach campaigns Plan and coordinate events, sponsorships and speaking opportunities
Candidate Profile
1–2 years’ B2B marketing experience (or 4–5 years for part-time) Experience in infrastructure, construction or professional services advantageous Strong writing and storytelling ability Proficiency with HubSpot, SEO and marketing automation tools Familiarity with Canva / Adobe or similar design software Organised, proactive and data-driven with a commercial mindset Confident communicating with senior stakeholders and technical experts
