We’re looking for an ambitious Marketing Coordinator to join our team at IR Media Group.This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll play a vital part in executing marketing campaigns across our entire portfolio, including content, research, events and subscriptions.You’ll coordinate and help lead marketing activity across the IR Impact and Governance Intelligence brands, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on brand and optimized for impact.Main duties and responsibilities:As our Marketing Assistant, you’ll play a key role in coordinating the delivery of multi-channel campaigns.Your day-to-day work will include:Coordinating and scheduling email marketing activity, including the creation of templates and campaign assetsWriting engaging copy across platforms, including email, social media, flyers and other marketing materialsManaging organic and paid social media activity across LinkedIn and other channelsCollaborating with internal teams to gather content, imagery and assets for campaignsMeasuring and reporting the performance of all marketing activitiesEngaging with our community across LinkedIn and other digital channelsSupporting project timelines to ensure campaigns run smoothly and on scheduleResearching trends and sharing ideas to improve marketing performanceAssisting with building and managing mailing lists using the CRMActively contributing to team and project meetings with ideas, feedback and suggestionsWhat we’re looking for:At least two years of experience coordinating end-to-end B2B marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of campaign planning and executionDegree level or equivalent in marketing, business or related fieldExcellent attention to detailStrong copywriting and organisational skillsClear communicator – written and verbalProactive mindset with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects independentlyAnalytical mindset with problem‑solving skillsProficiency with marketing automation platforms (Spotler, Dot Digital, Mailchimp, etc.)Experience using CRM systems, social media platforms and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)Basic design skills (experience with Canva or similar tools a plus)Awareness of current B2B marketing trends and best practicesAbout IR Media Group:IR Media Group is a business intelligence company focused on investor relations and governance.
