This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized and creative communicator who can craft compelling messaging across digital platforms.Reporting to the Marketing Lead in New York andworking closely with the wider international team, the Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the execution of global campaigns, producing high-quality social media and digital content and assisting in day-to-day marketing operations. The successful candidate will help elevate Tarisio’s online presence, ensuring brand voice is consistent, engaging and aligned across all channels, and help to streamline internal marketing operations.Key ResponsibilitiesContent & Campaign ExecutionSupport the Marketing Lead in the creation and scheduling of engaging social media content across Instagram, Facebook and YouTube for our New York, London and Berlin officesSupport the creation and distribution of diverse campaigns and email newslettersSupport website updates and Carteggio featuresDay-to-day SupportMaintain campaign and content calendarsAssist with auction-related marketing, including catalogue promotion and client communicationsCoordinate logistics for marketing events, partnerships and press initiativesMonitor campaign performance and share insights with the Marketing LeadProvide administrative support to the Marketing Lead, ensuring smooth campaign executionCollaborate with Sales and Consignment teams to highlight stories, musicians and collector featuresPersonal Specifications1+ year of marketing or communications experience (internships or entry-level roles welcome)Experience in content creation, (graphic design and video editing) for social mediaAbility to use Canva and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere)Strong writing background; excellent verbal and written communicationStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as a part of a fast-paced teamCreative, proactive and eager to learnFamiliarity with the string music industry or related arts sectorAdditional language skills preferred, but not required28 days annual leave per yearSummer Fridays (Half day Friday during July and August)Commuting contribution and loan schemeAnnual merit-based bonusFriendly office on leafy Regent’s Park!Application InstructionsTo apply for this role, please write to us at careers@tarisio.com with your CV and a short Cover Letter about why you are suited for the role.
