The successful candidate will support our marketing initiatives, manage digital campaigns, and help showcase our luxury furniture and design collections to our target audience. This role requires 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably within the interior design or luxury retail sector.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute marketing campaigns for showroom collections and eventsManage social media platforms with design-focused contentCoordinate with interior designers and suppliers for content creation and product launchesOrganise and promote showroom events, trade shows, and client presentationsCreate marketing materials, including brochures, lookbooks, and digital contentManage website content updates and SEO optimisationSupport email marketing campaigns and client communicationsCollaborate with the sales team to generate leads and support showroom visitsMonitor marketing performance and provide analytical reportsMaintain relationships with design publications and industry influencersAssist in budget management and vendor coordinationManage agencies and support ongoing activities with Design Residency partnersEssential requirementsExperience: 3-5 years in marketing coordination or similar roleIndustry knowledge: Experience in interior design, furniture, luxury retail, or related creative industriesLanguages: Fluent in English and Russian (preferable, but not essential)Digital marketing: Proficiency in social media management, Google Analytics, and content management systemsSoftware skills: Not essential, but preferableCommunication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languagesProject management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneouslyDesign sensibility: Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of interior design trendsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Interior Design, or related fieldDesirable qualificationsPrevious experience working with luxury brands or high-end retailKnowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation toolsUnderstanding of trade publications and design industry mediaExperience with event planning and exhibition coordinationAdditional languages (German, French, Italian, Russian, Ukrainian, Arabic, Chinese)Photography, video and styling skills for product shoots and social media content (posts, reels, shorts)What we offerCompetitive salary: £28,000 - £36,000 per annumPerformance-based bonuses and annual salary reviews25 days annual leave plus bank holidays40 hours per week, central London office-based roleProfessional development opportunities and industry trainingEmployee discount on showroom productsPension scheme and healthcare benefitsOpportunity to work with prestigious design brands and luxury clients
