Due to Internal career progression, we’re now looking for a visionary Marketing Controller to take the reins and lead the next chapter of this incredible journey. You’ll be at the helm of strategy, innovation, and execution driving long-term growth and delivering campaigns that resonate deeply with consumers and customers alike.

What you’ll be doing:


•    Lead the development and execution of the Long Range Plan (LRP) and 12–24 month commercial brand plans.
•    Own the consumer and shopper strategy, innovation pipeline, and investment planning.
•    Deliver through-the-line marketing tailored by format and channel, enabling toolkit execution with customers.
•    Act as brand lead for the UK & Ireland and global markets.
•    Use insights to guide performance, identify risks and opportunities, and course-correct where needed.
•    Manage the brand P&L, providing accurate forecasts and strategic input.

What You’ll Bring

What we’re looking for:

•    Proven experience in FMCG marketing, with full-mix exposure and ATL/BTL campaign leadership.
•    Strong commercial acumen and confidence managing a brand P&L.
•    Experience in both local and global brand leadership.
•    A natural leader with a track record of building and inspiring high-performing teams.
•    Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
