About The Role We’re looking for a creative Content Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing compelling content strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across multiple channels. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, design, and event teams to craft high-quality content that aligns with our brand voice and business goals. Key Responsibilities The Content Marketing specialist role will involve: Owning and managing the company's social media strategy. Creating engaging content for all our social media channels and work with the wider marketing teams on email campaigns. Working with in-house Graphic Designer to create graphics for social media, email and other digital channels. Develop broader social media calendar alongside the marketing team. Report on performance of social media campaigns. Keep up to date with emerging trends and new technologies in marketing to increase efficiencies. About You: 2+ years’ experience in a content marketing role A background in B2B and B2C Marketing – education industry desirable but not essential A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Track record of owning and managing social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc) and email (HubSpot) platforms Experience with analytics tools Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a similar sector. Excellent knowledge of digital marketing concepts and best practices. Strong organisational, and project management skills. Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
