Role: Marketing & Content Associate Location: London, UK (Hybrid, in-person 4 days per week) Experience Required: 1–3 years in B2B SaaS marketing or content creation Industry Focus: B2B SaaS; finance or private capital markets experience a plus Compensation: £35–45k + ESOP Visa: Unfortunately, we don’t sponsor visas yet. You must have the right to work in the UK
What You Will Own As our first dedicated marketing hire, you’ll help shape how Capsa tells its story to the world. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves creating content, building brand visibility, and helping generate demand in an ambitious early‑stage AI company. You will:
Manage social channels (e.g. LinkedIn, X, YouTube): Plan, post, and grow our brand presence across platforms Create content: From posts and newsletters to case studies and client spotlights Edit videos and podcasts: Cut and repurpose thought leadership clips, product demos, and event content Support campaign execution: Assist in webinars, email campaigns, and partnerships with industry media Optimise performance: Track engagement, test creative, and share insights with the leadership team Collaborate cross‑functionally: Work closely with Sales and Product to translate insights into compelling marketing assets

Who You Are
1–3 years’ experience in B2B SaaS marketing or agency‑side content creation Skilled in copywriting, video editing, and social media management (LinkedIn and YouTube especially) Comfortable using design and content tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, HubSpot) Highly organised, proactive, and excited to work in a fast‑paced, founder‑led startup Interest or experience in financial services or private markets is a strong plus A creative storyteller who can turn technical ideas into engaging, accessible content
