As we scale, were looking for a marketing specialist to help us build our brand presence, engage our audience, and support our growth initiatives. Role Overview: Were seeking a freelance creative and proactive marketing professional to manage and grow our online presence, design visuals for adverts and job postings, and help schedule and manage content across socials. Experience in recruitment marketing is highly desirable. Please note, this would be working 1 day a week for 4 weeks to start Key Responsibilities: Optimize our website and landing pages.

Design visuals and creative assets for job adverts, social media, and campaigns.

Manage content scheduling and posting.

Collaborate with the team to develop marketing campaigns tailored to the recruitment industry.

Track and report on campaign performance metrics and suggest improvements.

Support recruitment marketing efforts, including employer branding and candidate engagement.

Requirements: Proven experience in marketing, ideally within a recruitment or staffing business.

Strong knowledge of LI

Experience creating visual content (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).

Basic understanding of web page management and content updates.

Excellent communication, organizational, and creative skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
