We require a Compliance Financial Promotions professional with regulatory and advertising standards experience (FCA/ASA/PECR) in financial services and promotional channels including above the line, digital and traditional marketing.

The role reporting to the Marketing Compliance Manager (MCM) will require an individual who is collaborative and motivated within the Marketing, Product and Partnership team as well as with cross-functional stakeholders (particularly Risk and Compliance) always with business goals in mind.

Particular focus will be on how to support the MCM with the development of new and existing marketing campaigns from a Compliance perspective in order to achieve commercial objectives through effective, compliant solutions. You will also support the team in the development of activity in line with regulation, including but not limited to consumer duty and vulnerable customers.

You will support the MCM in undertaking quality assurance checks of our material out in the market and make sure that our marketing, website and mobile app collateral receives a routine review, extending to managing and implementing new processes, as required, and working with owners across the business to ensure our content is always up to date.
