We’re working with a specialist creative agency who are looking for a Communications & Project Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality branding, digital and marketing work for clients across life sciences, biotech and healthcare.Everything you need to know about the roleAs Communications & Project Manager, you’ll be the vital link between clients and the creative team - keeping projects moving, relationships thriving and standards consistently high. You’ll coordinate campaigns from briefing through to delivery, ensuring work is on time, on budget and spot-on for the client’s needs.Act as the day-to-day client contact, building strong, trusted relationships.Oversee multiple projects, making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.Support branding, digital and marketing initiatives across the life sciences and healthcare sectors.Take ownership of project schedules, diaries and follow-ups, keeping communication clear at every stage.Conduct research to inform strategy, from audience profiling to industry opportunities.Play a part in business growth—nurturing existing accounts and helping to convert new leads.Contribute to process improvements and agency best practice to keep things running at their best.Experience and qualities that make you a strong fitExperience in healthcare, biotech or life sciences marketing; ideally you’ll have worked for a creative or digital marketing agencyA strong background in client management and project coordinationExcellent communication skills – you’ll be someone who is confident in leading meetings with clients at all levelsA proactive mindset - someone who enjoys identifying opportunities, problem solving and keeping things on track.Familiarity with digital platforms and tools; experience with Adobe Creative Cloud would be a plus.A scientific academic background in life sciences would be preferred, but not essential.What’s on offer?Competitive salary between £30 and £40K depending on experience.Flexible hybrid working - split between the North East studio and home.The chance to work on meaningful projects for clients in life sciences, biotech and healthcare - from exciting start-ups to global organisations.Training and support to help you develop your skills further and progress your career.A collaborative, close-knit team where your ideas and contributions will be valued.Could this be the role for you?If you’re ready to take on a varied, client-facing role in a specialist life sciences creative agency and want to make an impact on projects that matter - I’d love to hear from you.
