Marketing Communications Manager

We are working with an extremely well-known, industry leading organisation on the lookout for a Marketing Communications Manager to join their team in Somerset. This is an extremely exciting time to join a growing team within a fantastic company.

The Marketing Communications Manager will be responsible for delivering and coordinating a wide range of marketing communications projects within the Marketing Department, while also line managing a Marketing Communications Assistant.

This is a hands-on role and the postholder will personally deliver much of the work, while delegating and overseeing tasks to their assistant where appropriate. Responsible for ensuring all advertising, public relations and communication activities are delivered to a high standard, supporting the company’s brand and business objectives.

This role requires strong organisational skills, excellent copywriting ability and the confidence to manage projects end-to-end, from brief through to delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Line Management:

* Manage, coach and develop the Marketing Communications Assistant

* Delegate tasks effectively, while remaining closely involved in delivery

* Provide guidance, support and feedback to ensure quality and accuracy

Public Relations (PR):
