We’re a busy team whose number one priority is keeping us looking sharp and on brand – wherever we appear.The role: Reporting to our Group Head of Brand & Communications, you will support the work carried out by our Senior Marketing Executive and Marketing Assistant, managing our day-to-day comms activity both in the UK and US, whilst retaining your focus on large business marketing efforts.Key responsibilities:Primary contact for marketing, PAs, and other departments; owning and delegating tasks while specialising in enterprise collateral to support Business Development and senior stakeholdersRight-hand to Group Head of Brand & Comms, co-managing urgent campaigns, deadlines, and multiplatform workflows (Trello, MS Teams)Writing website copy aligned with brand voice, user experience, and product claritySupporting development and delivery of social and brand campaigns, contributing creative ideas and execution to drive engagement and consistencyAssisting Comms team in project delivery, ensuring priorities, resources, and direction are clearProofing copy for accuracy, grammar, and brand alignmentOverseeing SharePoint file management, tracking updates and reviewsManaging projects linked to large business and acquisitions, from conception to implementation with senior stakeholdersLeading proposals and tender responses with sector heads, ensuring compliance, differentiation, and stakeholder communication through completionCoordinating with Group Head of Brand & Comms to provide consistent support for US teamPartnering with Senior Marketing Executive to scope and coordinate projects, streamlining workflowsSupporting and mentoring Marketing Assistant to enable professional growthThe person:Natural brand ambassador with strong product and client awarenessPositive, confident, and self-motivated; known for offering practical advice over quick fixesCharismatic and adaptable when working with a wide range of stakeholdersThorough and detail-oriented, with a flair for language and wordsSuper-organised, able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines with easeEloquent communicator, both written and verbalTech-savvy, with solid Microsoft Office skillsSupportive, empathetic manager, always ready to get stuck in and helpWhat’s included:Fixed term 9 month contract (with the potential for extension)25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata)Mental health support (through our Employee Assistant Programme) with access to an on-site mental health counsellorAccess to our wellbeing room to help enhance your physical and mental wellbeingAccess to a 24/7 doctor lineSubsidised mealsFree on-site gym accessWe want to hire the whole version of you: If you require any adjustments to the recruitment process, please let us know so we can help you to be at your best!
