As a Communications and Marketing Executive, you'll lead the development and delivery of strategic campaigns and content that promote our services to individuals, employers, stakeholders, and colleagues.This is a varied and exciting role where you'll contribute to high-profile projects, manage channels and campaigns, and collaborate with internal and external partners to protect and enhance reputation.

What You'll Be Doing

Deliver and shape communications and marketing plans aligned with key business priorities: Careers Information Advice and Guidance, Work-based Learning, Skills Planning, and Corporate initiatives. Lead on specialisms such as event management, social media, digital marketing, stakeholder engagement, and more. Champion customer insights to inform campaign strategies and content. Manage suppliers and budgets to ensure effective delivery of campaigns. Build strong relationships across the business and with external stakeholders to drive engagement and collaboration.
