Overview

We are seeking a self-motivated Marketing and Communications Executive to drive our brand presence and engage our audience across multiple channels. This role is central to developing and executing our content strategy, managing our digital presence, and supporting data-driven marketing initiatives.

As the role evolves, you will also be involved in Project Communications, working closely with a client communications team, supporting communications around the project to ensure seamless and effective messaging across both internal and external stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven experience in marketing or communications roles with results, focusing on web and digital media
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail, specifically in relation to digital media (internal & external)
  • Robust project management abilities with experience working both independently and collaboratively
  • Adaptability and effectiveness in fast-paced, dynamic work environments
  • Strong drive for web and other existing and up-and-coming forms of digital media/channels (internal & external)

Key Responsibilities

The role covers four main areas:

Content Creation And Distribution

  • Create engaging on-brand content across numerous platforms and collaborate with agencies to produce visually appealing graphics, videos and multimedia assets
  • Maintain a consistent editorial calendar and content pipeline to ensure regular, relevant communications

Website Management

  • Work with the team and external agencies to maintain and update the company website with fresh content, news, optimise website performance and user experience

Social Media Management

  • Deliver social media strategy to grow and engage our audience and monitor and report on social media performance metrics; adjust strategies accordingly

Market Research And Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights
  • Analyse performance metrics and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities
