This is a varied role requiring creative thinking, an eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. The role can be offered on a full-time or part-time basis with flexible working arrangements available for the right candidate.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesSupport the planning, creation, and delivery of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels.Support the management of company social media accounts by creating and scheduling engaging content aligned with brand tone and objectives.Draft and edit internal and external communications including newsletters, press releases, case studies, and website content.Take the lead in coordinating events, conferences, and exhibitions, ensuring smooth delivery and consistent branding.Collaborate with business development and project teams to produce marketing collateral, capability statements, and client-facing materials.Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, providing insights to refine future activity.Ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms and materials.Person SpecificationKnowledge & QualificationsDegree (or equivalent experience) in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related discipline.Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms and how to tailor content for each.Understanding of brand management and corporate communications principles.Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with an ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.Event planning and co‑ordination experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams).Experience with design and content tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), or equivalent.Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress) and email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot). (desirable)Knowledge of marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics) and the ability to report on campaign performance.
