Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Campaigns Manager to support the Global Campaigns Senior Manager in delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns across audience acquisition, partner marketing, and membership sales.

This role sits within the dedicated client-facing customer hubs and works closely with internal teams including Customer Success, Sales, and Activation. You’ll take the lead on campaign execution for a key group of customers—owning the end-to-end process from planning through to reporting and optimisation.


About the role

  • Support the planning and execution of campaigns that drive engagement, acquisition, and sales across email, social, paid media, and more.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns and alignment with business goals.
  • Brief internal stakeholders and external partners, managing timelines, deliverables, and expectations throughout the campaign cycle.
  • Translate campaign objectives into actionable briefs for studio, CRM, and social teams; ensure asset creation aligns with goals and brand guidelines.
  • Analyse campaign performance and customer behaviour to identify areas for improvement.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine messaging, formats, and UX for ongoing optimisation.
  • Using performance data to inform and optimise decision-making.


About you

  • Proven experience delivering marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
  • Hands-on knowledge of email, social media, paid media, landing pages, websites, and chatbots (expertise in 2–3 of these is ideal).
  • Strong project management and communication skills-able to juggle multiple tasks and translate strategy into action.
  • Experience briefing and managing creative development across teams.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and highly organised with a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in B2B or subscription-based marketing.
