This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, with hybrid working, and a competitive salary and range of benefits.Marketing Campaign SpecialistAs the Marketing Campaign Specialist, you’ll be responsible for planning, developing and delivering marketing campaigns across various channels such as email, display, print and social media. You’ll support the business’s strategic objectives and the marketing strategy by planning, owning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns. The campaign objectives will range from increasing brand awareness to attracting prospects, client engagement, adviser business acquisitions and recruitment, amongst others where necessary.What you will be responsible forWorking closely with the Digital and Direct Marketing Manager, as well as other members of the marketing team, you’ll plan, own and deliver marketing campaigns on time and within budgetBuilding and maintaining integral relationships with both internal and external stakeholders/suppliers to ensure an effective working relationship when managing campaignsBuilding campaign landing pages and website pages with the CMSEnsuring tracking is in place to accurately record KPIs such as response rate, cost-per-lead, cost-per-meeting, ROIAccurately and effectively reporting MI from marketing campaigns and making recommendations based on the dataEnsuring all content is fully compliant (e.g. copyright and data protection, financial services promotion) working with the internal Risk teamActing as a brand champion and advocate to the wider business, promoting the brand tone of voice to ensure that all campaign content is consistent, and ensuring the brand guidelines are adhered toAssisting the marketing team with other areas as required and as priorities dictateWhat we are looking for in an ideal Marketing Campaign SpecialistMinimum of a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field, or the equivalent of this requirement in working experienceDigital content specialist experience, ideally in a financial services or regulated industryExcellent written communication and grammatical skills with the ability to take briefs and bring innovative ideasGood knowledge, or ability to learn use of web content management systemsDemonstrable experience of delivery through internal stakeholders and 3rd parties/agencies for timely and efficient delivery of campaigns and content activitiesSolid understanding and appreciation of marketing and its principlesBenefits and perks at AFHFlexible working & holidays - Enjoy flexible working and generous holiday allowance, with annual buy & sell scheme options and your birthday off.
