Job Summary:
Become a key player in our team as a Marketing Campaign Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our business in Life Science and Process Industries. Reporting directly to the Strategic Marketing Manager, CMD (SBD, Global).
In this position, you’ll be responsible for analysing market intelligence and customer insights, designing the marketing components of go-to-market campaigns and ensuring regional alignment, understanding and mobilisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- NPI Commercial Readiness Planning: Together with NPI, Portfolio Management and key stakeholders, plan and manage product launches, including pre-launch, launch, and post-launch activities in alignment with marketing campaigns and the go-to-market strategy.
- Market & Customer Segmentation: Conduct relevant market research to understand customer needs, market trends and the competitive landscape.
- Strategic Campaign Planning: In collaboration with the rest of the Strategic Marketing team, oversee the optimisation of the campaign journey by delivering engaging, targeted content across multiple channels to ensure a seamless customer experience that aligns to our brand strategy.
- User Behaviour: In collaboration with the UX / Web team ensure user behaviour is translated into actionable improvements to enhance campaign performance.
- Marketing Insights: Continuously analyse qualitative and quantitative customer insights and market intelligence, to ensure global go-to-market campaigns are effective in driving NPI commercialisation and achieving sales plans in targeted sectors/sub-sectors.
- Regional Oversight: Collaborate with Regional Marketeers, to ensure regional alignment in the delivery of marketing campaigns.
- Oversee the creation of templates, training, governance and reporting of social, email and publicity channels for regional implementation.
- Budget and Resource Management: Manage the budget allocation for the designated go-to-market campaigns, ensuring that resources are managed and allocated effectively by regional marketeers.
- Reporting: Track the performance of marketing campaigns to assess return on investment, making recommendations for improvement.
- Customer and Market Focus: Oversee regional marketing plans and organisation of exhibitions and conferences, in collaboration with Regional Marketeers and Sector Leads, to ensure alignment to global NPI launch plans and global sector/sub-sector go-to-market campaigns.
- Continuous Improvement: Agree measures and establish KPIs to demonstrate the successful implementation of all associated marketing campaign and seek iterative improvement to increase return on investment.
Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, or related field
- Proven experience in market analysis, market research and marketing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills which allow you to engage proactively and successfully with both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms
- Excellent strategic and critical thinking capabilities with focus on delivering business impact
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
