Overview Reporting to the Senior Marketing Campaigns Manager, the Marketing Campaigns Executive is responsible for the development, management, implementation and execution of recruitment, retention and operational marketing communications campaigns for the Love2shop brands, on time and within budget. Responsibilities include the progressing of on-brand creative and copywriting to create customer communications designed to achieve the strategic objectives of the business. Responsibilities
Support creation and execution of the company’s marketing and communications plans for B2B and B2C customers that positions Love2shop brands and products as key solutions for rewarding, engaging and gifting. Ensure all planned campaign activity is carried out on time and within the designated budgets. Work closely with the business teams within Love2shop and the Love2shop Marketing Planning Manager to support the development and execution of marketing plans, driving sales and adoption via multiple channels
Working with the wider Marketing Communications, Content and Creative teams, and the wider business, create a wide variety of integrated communications such as email, SMS, direct mail, WhatsApp, blog content and print using our suite of tools such as Marketing Cloud, Canva and InDesign. Demonstrate best practise in creating compelling, on-brand, action-orientated marketing communications: content, subject lines, timing, frequency and format in consideration of customer lifecycle. Support in the upskilling of other team members as necessary. Ensure communications layouts are optimised and mobile friendly Create and progress campaign asset briefs for relevant internal departments/external suppliers designed to achieve the execution of planned activity.
Assist with the organisation of the industry trade events the Love2shop Sales Team attend to support promotion of Love2shop services to potential customers and partners. Attending the industry trade events may be required. Track and analyse marketing data as part of the wider Marketing team to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and take learnings to refine and develop activities. Be a Brand Guardian for all Love2shop brands, ensuring consistent application of brand guidelines and Tone of Voice across all campaigns Support day to day management of marketing agencies by providing information and direction Understand and adhere to Data Protection legislation and guidelines and ensure all marketing communications adhere to relevant legal requirements
Candidate profile Essentials
Relevant degree/marketing/direct marketing qualification Proven extensive experience in marketing communications and campaigns across a variety of channels, including digital, social, and print. Proven experience with planning trade events. Excellent planning, project management, organisational skills, time management and the ability to prioritise workload Copy writing and proof reading skills, with excellent attention to detail Commercially aware with ability to align to business KPI’s 3+ years of experience in marketing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to keep calm under pressure Able to adapt to change and redefine goals as necessary Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite and Social Media platforms A can-do attitude and positive approach
Desirable
Degree, recognised marketing qualification or relevant industry experience Working knowledge of key ESPs to build electronic marketing communications, particularly Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Mailchimp Experience and understanding of Google Analytics to track and report on revenue driving communications campaigns
