We're recruiting a Marketing Campaign Coordinator to join a dynamic marketing operations team. In this fast-paced role, you'll provide administrative support for the delivery of multi-channel campaigns, ambassador programmes, and student engagement initiatives.

Marketing Campaign Coordinator Responsibilities

This position will involve, but will not be limited to:

  • Support the coordination and administration of multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social, campus, and digital platforms, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Assist in the organisation and delivery of student ambassador programmes, including logistics, communications, onboarding, training, and performance tracking.
  • Maintain accurate campaign documentation and trackers, helping to manage schedules, campaign assets, ambassador activity, and deliverables across the EMEA region.
  • Coordinate ambassador recruitment, briefings, and day-to-day communications, ensuring ambassadors are informed, engaged, and delivering high-quality campaign outcomes.
  • Support campaign budgeting and financial administration, including ambassador payments, third-party costs, invoicing, and ensuring activities stay within agreed budgets.
  • Contribute to campaign performance reporting, helping gather, format, and present data, prepare dashboards, and support post-campaign reviews with insights and feedback.
