Marketing Business Partner (Field Based) - Scotland & North East England

We currently have an exciting new opportunity for a Regional Marketing Business Partner to support our venues in the Scotland & North East of England. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be the primary owner of the marketing plans for each of your assigned venues, driving towards local and national revenue targets and ladder up to the General Managers business plans and areas of focus.Key responsibilities will include:Working closely with the Head of Marketing to understand the national business strategy and ensure that any relevant campaigns opted into at a local level are executed and maximized locally.Developing local marketing plans across all customer value segments, which bring their venue propositions to life, meet their local challenges and drive towards specific venue targets.Creating a business partner relationship with the general managers to be entrusted as a subject matter expert and driver of their local marketing plan.Collaborating with the casino General Managers to support the facilitation of events and hospitality for customers within the HVC cohort.Liaising with slots, poker and sports marketing managers to ensure their knowledge and input is embedded in all local marketing plans.Engaging with approved suppliers and agencies to seek resources or materials required at a local level.Ensuring all venue plans are created in a clear and consistent way across venues.Conducting ROI analysis on local promotions to confidently share success and replicate activity across venues.Seeking support and training to ensure confidence in checking local marketing compliance with regulations.Working closely with the central marketing team to understand the wider brand strategy and ensure local activity supports central brand goals.Taking ownership of ensuring brand standards are met at a local level across all channels.Building close relationships with the full marketing team to understand the national marketing calendar and ensure its implementation at a local level.Delivering HVC activity aligned with the HVC strategy in agreement with the Head of HVC.Supporting the HVC Marketing team in driving engagement with venues teams in the execution of National HVC campaigns.Completing enhanced SG & AML training as required for HVC.Representing the marketing team at club level to ensure operational teams are excited and aligned with the brand vision.Engaging and developing relationships with the wider marketing team, including PR, Social Media, CRM, and Promotions.Creating and implementing innovative and engaging retail marketing content.Building and developing relationships with Retail Operations teams, General Managers, and Online and Mobile teams.Understanding and bringing best-in-class retail marketing to Grosvenor.Making the brand come alive by being the brand champion and guardian in the club.Ensuring all initiatives are fully compliant with gambling and marketing legislation, HVC policy, industry guidance, internal protocols, and socially responsible approach.To be successful in this role, you will have:A track record of creating and delivering a strategy for a customer-driven business.Experience leading and implementing a retail marketing strategy in a customer-led environment.Demonstrable years of experience in marketing for hospitality and leisure/multi-venue businesses.B2C marketing experience is preferred.Proven retail marketing innovator with a track record of creating and delivering a strategy for a customer-driven business.Excellent communication skills across all levels within the organization with the ability to influence and manage key stakeholders.Worked in an innovative brand team with clear evidence of delivering success.Knowledge of the leisure and gaming sector is an advantage.Experience in a customer-led environment is essential.Evidence of driving and delivering change with a desire to make a difference.Deep understanding of the retail channel environment.Experience in the delivery of High Value Customer activity.Implemented, developed, and understood ROI analysis.Experience managing marketing projects and delivering on time and to budget.Marketing qualification is helpful but not essential.Ability to maintain effective work performance when dealing with stressful and demanding situations.A full driving license and ability to travel within the Grosvenor Estate, including overnight stays.We are Grosvenor Casinos, and we are on a journey to become the UK's most loved casinos.
