About The RoleAt HCR Law we are looking for a professional marketing candidate to fill an invaluable 10 week project role, as a Marketing Business Partner.The purpose of this role is to meet the daily operational marketing needs of a group of teams within the firm. It is a proactive, hands‑on, multi‑channel role. You will use your knowledge of the teams you support to drive marketing outcomes.You’ll be a partner to your teams, working with them to deliver the activity on their plan, and to maximise emerging opportunities by being their first point of contact.ResponsibilitiesDrive and deliver action on the team’s marketing plan – including events, digital content, collateral, campaigns etc.Respond to, triage and fully scope marketing needs, working with core team to assess value and allocate resources.Coordinate with shared resources (website, graphics, marketing kit) and ensure timely delivery.Delegate to marketing leads and help deliver across teams.Provide marketing data/reports on outcomes and project costs.Deliver end‑to‑end team‑led events, from invitation to set‑up.Support teams with article editing, social media scheduling, newsletters and intranet management.Oversee management of databases and produce collateral such as team service sheets and leaflets.Contribute raw material for website updates.About YouSkills and experience you should have:Experience in a similar size professional services organization.Excellent written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail and proofreading ability.Experience handling complex or technically drafted copy for multiple audiences.Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office.Strong problem‑solving skills and KPI‑driven mindset.Track record in delivering multi‑channel campaigns and projects (events, webinars, digital, print, BD materials).High emotional intelligence, resilience and a passion for marketing.
