With accredited facilities in the UK and internationally, they provide flexible solutions that help clients bring life-changing technologies to market.The RoleThey are seeking a commercially focused Business Development & Marketing Manager to drive new client acquisition, expand into new markets, and strengthen their position as a trusted CDMO partner. This role blends strategic business development with marketing execution and offers autonomy to influence growth in global markets.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, engage, and convert new business opportunities across target sectors.Build and nurture strong client relationships, becoming a trusted commercial advisor.Develop and implement account-based strategies to win and grow key accounts.Map market opportunities, track competitor activity, and provide insights to strengthen positioning.Lead international business development initiatives, including trade shows, conferences, and client visits (moderate travel required).Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create high-impact sales and marketing materials (proposals, presentations, case studies).Manage digital and offline marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.Report on pipeline, business development performance, and campaign effectiveness.Support strategic initiatives such as facility expansion, sector diversification, and partnership development.Skills & ExperienceProven track record in business development, commercial sales, or strategic marketing, ideally within a CDMO, contract manufacturing, or technical B2B services environment.3+ years in a client-facing commercial role, with demonstrable success in winning and growing business.Strong relationship-building, influencing, and negotiation skills.Proficient in CRM systems for pipeline management, reporting, and relationship tracking.Comfortable working in an international environment with cross-functional teams.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionMarketing and Business DevelopmentIndustriesMedical Equipment Manufacturing and Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
