The role involves creating and executing marketing strategies, driving brand awareness, and positioning the business as a leader in their field. You will be a technical B2B marketing specialist ideally with an understanding of sustainable energy practices. It is a newly created role however you have the support of a Digital Marketing Executive and various 3rd parties. This will be a hybrid role located in north Nottingham and is a fantastic opportunity for a creative B2B marketer who is keen to show innovative approaches to help this business stand out and leverage some awesome USP’s within a competitive market. Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Positioning
Develop and execute marketing and branding strategies for a leading product range Maintain consistent brand messaging and identity across all channels. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Product Marketing & Campaigns
Plan, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across digital, print, events, and partnerships. Collaborate with sales and technical teams to support product launches and promotional initiatives.
Create compelling marketing materials, presentations, and product content to engage clients. Business Development Support
Work closely with sales teams to generate leads and expand market presence. Engage with B2B and B2C clients in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Support strategic initiatives to enhance customer adoption of energy-saving solutions.
Digital Marketing & Analytics
Manage social media, website content, email campaigns, and online advertising. Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights. Sustainability & Energy Efficiency Advocacy Promote the energy-saving, eco-friendly, and cost-efficient benefits of products. Educate stakeholders on renewable integration and sustainability practices.
About You You will ideally have 3–7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in renewable energy, or technology solutions. You will be an experienced Marketing Manager who can demonstrate strategic thinking and brand-building expertise with campaign planning and execution across multiple channels. Market research and competitive analysis will be important in addition to collaboration across marketing, sales, and technical teams to achieve your goals.
