- Role: Marketing and BD Executive (12 month fixed term contract)
- Team: Client Development (Enable law)
- Location: Hybrid working from Bristol or Exeter
- Working Pattern: Full time (for 12 x months)

- Be part of our friendly and talented Enable law Marketing and BD team.
- Website and content management – Create and manage engaging content for our website, including insightful articles and awareness day pieces, and assist with general copywriting.
- Social media delivery – Assist with social media management across LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram, helping to build our online community.
- SEO & Organic Visibility – Increase organic traffic and search visibility by supporting technical and content SEO efforts. Maintain and update our online presence across web profiles (website, Chambers, Legal500, AvMA, APIL, LinkedIn) and manage Google/Trustpilot reviews.
- Coordinate with charity partners for guest posting and backlink opportunities and monitor their social media accounts for engagement.
- Support event logistics for both internal and external events, ensuring smooth execution.
- Collaborate with colleagues to gather content for articles and case studies, eventually drafting content yourself.
- Assist with competitor and market research to identify new opportunities.
- Analytics & Reporting – Help with general administrative tasks, including pulling data from platforms like Engage, LinkedIn, and Pirical.
- Ensure brand consistency by assisting with the creation of marketing and social media assets and making sure PowerPoint presentations are on-brand.
- Take minutes in BD reviews and important external meetings.
- Experience or a keen interest in marketing/business development, ideally within a personal injury/medical negligence law firm or professional services environment.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create clear, engaging content.
- Basic knowledge or an eagerness to learn about SEO principles and digital marketing tools like Ahrefs.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram) and their use in a professional context.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
- Great organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented approach, ready to contribute to a busy department.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
