About the role
We are looking for a Marketing Automation Graduate to support our Marketing Automation team in setting up email campaigns, managing event workflows, organizing interaction data, and preparing reports on activity and outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience with Adobe Marketo and learn how digital campaigns are built, deployed, and analyzed in a fast-paced MedTech environment.
Our primary marketing automation tool is Adobe Marketo, and the successful candidate will be a digitally savvy, quick learner with a strong interest in marketing automation and a willingness to learn. Prior experience or training is a plus but not required. Strong Excel skills are essential; experience organizing and analyzing data is a bonus. Full training and mentorship will be provided throughout the internship. This is not a social media, content creation role. We are looking for a person who is excited and comfortable to sort through data or tackle a logic problem.
Although this is very much a marketing automation role, the Graduate will work closely with a small and supportive marketing team, with plenty of opportunities to develop broader skills. We manage a wide range of campaigns, events, websites, and digital content. As we continue to grow and innovate, we’re looking for curious, motivated individuals to join us. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and enjoys juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
As a Marketing Automation Graduate, you’ll support a variety of digital marketing activities. Working closely with experienced team members.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Management Support – Assist in maintaining a clean and organized database and help with audience segmentation for targeted campaigns.
- Campaign Execution Assistance – Support the setup and scheduling of email campaigns, nurture programs, and automation workflows using Adobe Marketo.
- Event & Webinar Coordination – Help manage event and webinar registrations, including working with third-party platforms such as ON24 (experience with these platforms is a bonus, not a requirement).
- Reporting & Insights – Help compile and organize campaign results, tracking key metrics such as engagement and conversions.
- Website Content Support – Assist in uploading and managing content on WordPress to support ongoing marketing initiatives.
- Data & Segmentation – Learn how to work with customer data to support personalization and segmentation efforts.
- Digital Strategy Participation – Contribute to brainstorming and execution of digital marketing strategies that help increase engagement and drive leads.
Experience & Skills required
- A university degree (ideally in Marketing, Communications, Business, Economics, Maths, or a related field)
- Eagerness to learn Adobe Marketo (prior exposure is a plus, not required)
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Any exposure to Marketo, ON24, or similar platforms
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for editing emails or landing pages
- Interest in logic-based tools, automation, or simple coding concepts
- Experience with WordPress or similar content management systems
