About the role

The Marketing Automation Executive for Pet Drugs Online is responsible for defining and building complex, multi-step lifecycle flows that’s aligned to PDOL’s customer journeys and overall business goals.

With support from the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for leading on using and integrating data to facilitate trigger-based customer journey’s for Pet Drugs Online.

You will be required to monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues and regularly report against key KPIs.

On a day-to-day basis you will be working with the Marketing, Technology, Data and Commercial teams to maximise opportunities for growth in the CRM channel, ultimately driving customer retention.

The ideal candidate for this role has a background in email, data or technology. You will be process driven and excited by data and problem solving.
