Overview

Marketing Automation Executive – Permanent contract / Central London, United Kingdom. This position can be remote up to 60% of the weekly working time.

Your Role

  • Automate & Optimize: Manage and optimize campaigns, nurture streams, and personalization journeys for Glion, Les Roches, École Ducasse & ISH.
  • Drive Conversions: Create ad-hoc campaigns to support enrolment conversion activities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement testing plans to improve performance, content, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborative Support: Partner with the Head of Marketing Automation & CRM to optimize business processes and manage landing pages, personalization blocks, and more.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Ensure campaign performance meets targets and provide regular reporting and insights to improve ongoing campaigns.

You’ll work closely with internal teams, including the Chief Revenue Officer, Senior Marketing Automation Executive, and our dynamic digital marketing crew.

About You

You are a detail-oriented, data-driven marketing professional with at least 12 months of hands-on experience with a fully integrated Marketing Automation platform (HubSpot preferred), 2+ years in technology marketing, marketing operations, or a similar role, and a strong understanding of lead generation, SEO/SEM, web, social media, and omnichannel activities. You possess excellent technical skills, including proficiency in Excel and HTML, and are highly analytical with a focus on optimizing campaign performance. Fluent in English, you bring a creative and commercial mindset, and experience with high-end/luxury goods or services and CRM systems (especially Salesforce) is a bonus.
